We are looking for sales specialists to join the Bentley Systems License Compliance team. The team’s goal is to monetize usage in situations where: 1) there is no contractual relationship between Bentley and the software pirate, and 2) there is a contractual relationship between Bentley and the non-compliant user. The two main elements of the program are 1) Lead Generation and Qualification; and 2) Enforcement.
The role will include qualifying leads and engaging in sales/enforcement discussions and communications with software pirates and non-compliant users, both directly and through external enforcement counsel. Discretion and confidentiality is important in this role as you will be handling privileged information.
This is a full-time role that will require domestic travel. International travel may be required rarely.
Responsibilities :

Report and maintain systems related to License Compliance activities

Professional management of all assigned License Compliance cases

Generating, tracking and qualifying leads from various sources

Evaluate the weight of evidence when pursuing software pirates

Participate in:
-
Communication campaigns
-
Managing enforcement providers and counsel (including but not limited to handling of legal documents such as Power of Attorney)

Coordination with internal teams such as Corporate Legal, Financial Operations, Account Advancement and others as applicable

Acting on behalf of Bentley when local enforcement agencies require including but not limited to attending interviews at police stations
Ideal profile:

License compliance experience, either legal or sales experience

Experience with copyright enforcement

Familiarity with Salesforce, Cloud For Sales or equivalent

Strong negotiation skills

Able to communicate in Tagalog

Able to communicate in English
